Description
Twin Wall HDPE ducting offers the advantages of a lightweight flexible product combined with high strength and durability. Both coils and lengths are designed to meet the required compression strength to current Highways specification and are supplied in various colours and markings to suit NJUG recommendations.
Manufactured in polyethylene, the external corrugated profile gives the product added strength and the internal bore is smooth to prevent cables from snagging. If required, a sealed joint may be achieved by using two profile seals and a push fit coupling.

Twin Wall Class 1 duct is manufactured from polypropylene and is suitable for high voltage applications and fully complies with the ENATS 12-24 Class 1 specification. Class 1 polypropylene duct has a 450N compressive strength at 75°C. Available in sizes 100mm, 125mm and 150mm in 6m lengths as standard, it can also be supplied in 2m and 3m lengths. Supplied with a black outer and red inner as standard, Twin Wall HV duct can also be manufactured with a red outer and red inner upon request. This product is supplied with an integral coupler. Double socket bends, couplers and trefoil clips are available.
Split duct is also available both in HDPE and PVC in a variety of lengths and sizes.
