Rainwater harvesting is a technique used for collecting water from a variety of above-ground, hard surfaces such as rooftops, storing it and then using the rainwater for landscape irrigation and other uses.
Plastech (Southern) Ltd supply a range of polyethylene pressure pipes for reclaimed external water pipework both above and below ground. Manufactured from virgin material – EN12201 PE100 and to meet the requirements of WRAS/ING No. 9-02-05, the reclaimed water pipe is available in diameters from 25mm to 500mm for 6 or 12 metre lengths, or 25mm to 180mm diameters for coils.
It is suitable for pressure ratings of PN10 or PN16 for larger commercial projects and electrofusion fittings can also be used with the pipe.
