Description
As an effective solution to construction site environmental water discharge, Gully Guard™ which sit in 375mm-450mm Ø road gully’s, are a reusable filtration cartridge to assist with the retention of suspended solids, silt, sediment and associated pollutants from entering into an existing watercourse. They are well established within the building industry and is used by ground workers and builders.
Current legislation and EA awareness / policing regarding the quality of on-site discharged water, sediment and silt into an existing water course means that the contractor and developer have a responsibility to act upon the levels of potentially harmful pollutants they give out.
